How do I profile the leads I want to recieve?

We provide you with a lead selection criteria so you can profile the type of leads that best suit your company and the industry sector you're in.

How are the leads delivered?

The profiled leads are delivered to you as inbound calls. The Calltrader platform announces the call to your agents and then connect to the customer. The end to end process takes approximately 10 seconds.

 

How quickly will I receive a Lead

We aim to deliver calls to you within minutes of the customer showing an interest in your services

 

How much do you charge to become a Calltrader customer and start receiving leads?

This depends on the commercial model you choose. Typically you only pay for the calls we deliver into your contact centre, but his can be off set by selling us your unwanted data. See Service Options

 

How can I generate revenue through Calltrader?

You can provide us all your unwanted online applications which we'll turn into revenue.

 

What are the hours of service?

Calltrader is web based so is available 24 x 7. We can take data and generate leads 24hrs a day, but you decide when recieve the calls. You decide how and when Calltrader works for you

 

How quickly can you set up Calltrader so I can receive calls?

Once you've decided on the Service Option and the call profile you want to receive, it normally takes approximately two days and that includes training.

 

If I just want to receive calls do I need to involve my IT Department?

There' no reason for your IT dept to get involved. You give us the telephone number of where to deliver the calls and we do the rest.

 

Who controls the flow of calls?

You do. We give you full access to the Control Panel so you decide when calls come through and when they don't.

 

What if I don't want calls?

As part of the control panel you have the ability to turn off the calls as and when you like.

 

Do you provide training?

Yes. We want to make sure you're comfortable using the Calltrader platform so you get the best results possible. This also helps reduce calls to the helpdesk!

 

Do you offer a Help Desk facility?

Yes. There are always trained members of staff on hand to help if you ever have a problem.
