How leads are allocated

To ensure you only get leads you can convert, let us know your exact requirements. Each market sector has different requirements and we've tried to cater for all.

We've developed a lead profiling system that allows you to include almost any type of profile whilst excluding those criteria you don't want, For example, you may select motorcycle insurance, but you may choose to include all engine sizes, but want to exclude Scooters and Mopeds. So by the time you've finalised your ideal profile you start to receive the leads you know you have the best chance of converting. And you'll get nothing but those leads you've requested.

The selection process is done by you online via our unique data profiling software. Once you've completed the selection criteria, the data is automatically profiled and instantly passed to our bespoke telecoms platform which first calls your contact centre and announces the call to the agent along with a unique reference number, or it can read out all the details, Such as: "Name", Car make and model", "Registration Number". Once the agent is ready we connect to the customer.

Because the lead is "hot" and matches your exact selection criteria, plus the agent has been given all the information they need, you have a far greater chance of converting the lead.
