The customer experience

For example; a prospect calls XYZ Insurance for a Motorbike insurance quote. XYZ take the prospect through the quote process and provide a quote. In this case, XYZ aren't able to offer a competitive price and the propsect doesn't purchase. XYZ end the call by saying, "We're sorry we weren't able to help on this occasion, would you like me to get one of our partners to give you a call who specialise in Honda bikes?". The prospect agrees at which point the lead and details are passed to CallTrader.

CallTrader now profiles the data against our buyer's selection criteria and deliver an inbound call into their contact centre. The prospects details are announced to the call centre agent before being connected which can also include how the data was obtained. Since the prospect is expecting the call the reception is warm, the agent being connected is fully informed and can provide a good, professional service. "Hello Mr Smith, it's Steve calling from ABC Honda, XYZ have asked me to give you a call to provide a quote for your bike."

Buying profiled prospect data

Once registered on the CallTrader system, clients build profiles of criteria that best describe their ideal prospects. A bid price is entered against each profile that reflect the likeliness to convert and value of that particular lead profile. As leads are received by the CallTrader system, they are profiled in real time and delivered to the client with a combination of the matching criteria and highest bid price.

We announce the call to the call centre agent with a simple automated message that can include any details the agent might want to hear. This is fully customisable by client and depending on what type of lead is being purchased. Once the agent is ready, we then connect to the prospect.

This whole process is completed within seconds of CallTrader being provided the prospect's information. Buyers therefore get an instant, incoming hot lead from a customer who is looking to buy and has the right profile. The prospect gets a call within seconds that can offer them the best deal.
